We are a collective building a business with no employees. Not a company in the ordinary sense — a network of people who own what they build.
THE MITRA
Everyone who enters our community is trained toward a single outcome: to become a successor — the next independent entrepreneur, self-standing and self-directed. In this process we don't call them staff. We call them Mitra — Partners.
